I really do enjoy this product. It taste great which makes it relatively easy to remember to take once a day. I can't honestly say that it has done anything for me as far as the "aging" process, but to be fair I'm 29, so maybe that plays in as a factor. I will say that it does suppress my appetite and since starting this product a few months ago I had lost ten pounds without any change to my diet or excercise regimen. I have also noticed since the start of taking this supplement I have sustained energy throughout the day. It doesn't make me jittery or increase my heart rate. It has just helped in keeping my energy level up all day without causing restlessness at night. I take it once a day under my tongue, on an empty stomach. *I want to make an extra note and say that I was incredibly pleased with the seller. I'm from Hawaii so rarely do I get the luxury of overnight shipping, with this order my product was shipped out on Monday and arrived Tuesday afternoon. I'm not sure, maybe Amazon has just been holding out on me. Regardless, I was impressed with the seller. This was quality merchandise at, I felt, a very fair price, considering I would have had to order it from Malaysia and wait 2 to 4 weeks for it to arrive. 5 Stars for the seller, myoverstockdeal.

i did not like this product
i did not like this product. My family doctor recommended this to me in India and I was told this is good for diabetes . I took this expensive powder for 3 months and there was no affect on my diabetes....infact the sugar increased ..........i will not recommend this to anyone .

wrinkles and fine lines have reduced
My parents firsts used this product and They started seeing a notable difference after 15 days of use and its been over two months now their signs of aging has reduced , wrinkles and fine lines have reduced. On their advice i started using it , its been just 2 days now, I feel good using probably i'm gonna wait for 20 days for the results.
