Taste is good, it lasts for many days.

Cake is expensive. Around 1500 for 850 grams, but totally worth it.It's very soft, moist and yummy 😋 .Best plum cake ever.

The packaging is excellent and it retains the smell of freshly baked aromatic plum cake. Lots of fruits especially raisins and prunes which probably is one reason for the high cost. the cake is dense and hence looks smaller then the photo. it is not dry like ordinary cakes and wine like flavour is felt from the first bite. No nuts visible unlike regular plum cakes. It's premium quality for sure and is comparable to the ones in old bakeries like Fathima in bangalore but at a higher cost.Good for special occassions or as a gourmet gift but might be too expensive for personal consumption

Please don't buy this product through Amazon , The way amazon is keeping this product in their WH is killing the actual Quality of the Product. When i received the product through Amazon , the cake was so oily and my fingers were wet with Oil when i took piece . I complained about the quality to Amazon , but they took no action , Hence I called the Original Supplier Pandhal , and shared the product with them , they were surprised to see how this product got so much of oil flavor than anything versus the original they have in the store , Pandhal team mentioned to me that the way the product is storing is resulting into this issue of being oily . Pandhal team sent me another cake directly from their store and the cake is just so perfect and taste amazing.If you are really looking for the experience of matured plum cake from Pandhal , please do order it directly from the Pandhal , not through Amazon..Amazon is actually killing the quality of the prodcut by improper storage and Handling.

Very ordinary. And for that price, very very ordinary.There is hardly any flavour of their famed spices. I won't understand the hype around it, one bit!Looking at the reviews there seem to be some changes (for worse) this year over the last year's.
