I bought this lumbar support cushion for my work chair after struggling with lower back pain from sitting at my desk all day. I've been using it for a while now, and it's made a noticeable difference. It provides excellent support for my lower back and has really helped relieve the tension and discomfort I used to get by the end of the day.It's comfortable, fits my office chair well, and stays in place without constantly needing to be adjusted. If you spend long hours sitting and suffer from lower back pain, I'd definitely recommend giving this a try.

Easy to fix to my chair, soft, very comfortable and helps ease my backpain.

I slipped a disc in my lower lumber area on the hinge of my back. Was crippled for 10 days and still feeling the effects of it but on the mend.So got this cushion support and it's brilliant!Use in my car and felt it straight away the amount of support on my back. I then take it out at work and use in a office chair for when I'm not on my feet and it's helped in the space of a few days.I even use at home in my recliner. Makes it that bit better. Thought it was expensive but if works, it's obviously worth it and in a sale I paid £30 ish.Worth it!Soft but firm where it needs to be. Pop this in your car as a driver or passenger and you'll notice a difference. It doesn't move you forward to much at the front, just keeps your posture in a much better position.I have a brand new kia car and they're comfortable seats but this is ever better for people suffering with a bad lumber lower back. So easy to move about and had two stretchy straps with clips on to hold in place but I find you don't always need to strap it in the chairs you use. I move mine alot so don't bother.I'll update if it goes flat and doesn't add support like it used to. I can't see that happening as its that material that bounces back. I've got a bed cushion I sleep on that's similar and that has never gone flat over the years.

Excellent. I broke my ergonomic office chair and started using an older one. It didn't give good lumbar support and had started to cause me issues with my sciatica. This solved the problem and had me sitting in a much better and more comfortable position.

The cushion arrived on time and well-packaged, unfortunately it didn’t give my husband the required lower back support he was looking for while driving. The cushion is soft and he wanted something a lot more firmer. I think it could be better as a desk chair support cushion rather than a car sear one. Otherwise it’s well-made and felt nice and more expensive than what it’s price gives.

Supports the whole back, especially lower back. My husband is really struggling, this product really helped him to drive. Doesn’t take away his pain, however, helps a lot. He’s waiting for treatment and this has helped so much.

Have on my office chair bit hard when it first arrived but after a couple of weeks soften up a bit makes a big difference to my back where I am sat at my desk all day

Wer wie ich täglich acht Stunden im Büro verbringt, weiß genau, wie sehr der Rücken unter dem ständigen Sitzen im Bürosessel leiden kann. Ich hatte oft mit Verspannungen zu kämpfen, aber seit ich diese ergonomische Rückenlehne nutze, hat sich mein Arbeitsalltag massiv verbessert.Das Teil stützt genau dort, wo es nötig ist, und sorgt fast automatisch für eine bessere Haltung. Es ist eine enorme Erleichterung und hat mir wirklich ein großes Stück Lebensqualität im Job zurückgegeben. Ich möchte es an meinem Schreibtisch nicht mehr missen – eine absolute Empfehlung für alle, die viel im Sitzen arbeiten müssen!

This is such a soft yet supportive back cushion. I bought it with my mother in mind. She has scoliosis and needs a comfortable back support behind her. I think she would love it. It is supportive and creates a soft barrier between spine and chair. It's so comfortable. Many back cushions take some time to adjust to them before you get used to them, this one was soft as butter to my back from the start.I like the cover, it is really soft, too. Zipper is helpful for washing.The ONLY issue I have with this is that when the adjustable straps, even when set to the loosest setting, are put around my office chair the pull quite a lot, and I'm afraid they the cover will rip at that point in the near future. I've just been setting the cushion on my chair, but without the straps every time I get up the cushion flops onto the seat. The straps fit better on a smaller chair, like a dining chair.Regardless of that issue, I can recommend this back support as the softest yet more supportive one that I've ever had.UPDATE: I have bought 3-4 lumbar cushions since this one and this one is by far the best. It has a soft support. Others that I've chosen are harder/more firm and push me forward. This is easy to lean into. Still my favorite. after 9 months.
