A great laugh!! Bought this to wear to a Memorial Day party with friends, many of whom are Russian. They got a very good laugh out of it. As for average Americans in my area, most don't speak any Russian. Trump-ist or humor-ist, you can wear this hat without being fear. Not a single person, once they found out what it said, was offended, offensive, or exhibited any behavior other than amusement.
