The brand is known so not getting to the basics. I believe I got the original product with CROC tags and instructions. I did not get in any box but a clear plastic bag with crocs labelling. I purchased during the Black Friday sale for almost half the price its sold in stores. Comfort wise, yes the plastic is good, comfortable and cushiony, but on wearing for long hours I got some scuffs on the back heal of my left foot. It doesn't happen often. Now for the sizing, would recommend try the clogs in a store, note the size and buy online, cause the size I got is one size smaller than my regular foot size.The clogs is given only 4 stars cause I feel not worth the hype and money, unless you have so much to spend give them a try.Depending on how long these clogs gonna last would determine whether I would go for them again.

The quality looked nice at start but the revet broke within 1.5 month and I checked if it can be repaired then there is no option as well as the point where revet fits its glued so there is no option
