My favorite vitamin by far. Since they are food based, I take them on an empty stomach. They fill the holes where I need better nutrition and do not upset my stomach when doing so.

I have been taking these vitamins for years. Top quality and efficacy in my opinion. And I like the fact you can take them without food.

This complete multivitamin is for hubby who is 55+. It replaces the multi he's been taking. He only has to TAKE ONE DAILY. It can be taken anytime, even on an empty stomach. It contains an extensive & comprehensive list of WHOLE FOOD VITAMINS fermented for better absorption. This dietary supplement is IRON FREE and is made with ORGANIC vegetables & herbs, that provide essential nutrients. It's formulated for immune, heart, digestive & prostate support. (I just wish it didn't contain magnesium oxide, which can be irritating.)

Clean vitamin

I have been very pleased with New Chapter Men's Multivitamin for 50 plus. I have been taking this vitamin brand for the last two years and it has been very consistent from a quality standpoint. What I especially like is the high absorption rate, most of the ingredients are derived from vegetables and herbs, and it is only 1 tablet daily. My wife is also taking the Women's version of this multi-vitamin and she has been very pleased as well.
