I recommend this product to you for multiple reasons; it's gentle on your hair, in addition to being excellent for washing your body, and above all, it's very cheap.

Good everyday dandruff shampoo. The large container will last for weeks. Works and has the same fragrance as grocery store brands that I have been buying for years. I took off one star because I wish the bottle had a pump. The bottle is a bit heavy and slippery to manage with one hand while shampoo is in the other hand. Because of that I am thinking about using this to refill a smaller container.

Upon using it for the first time, I noticed its pleasant, mild scent. It's not overpowering, making it perfect for everyday use. The consistency is just right, lathering up nicely without needing to use a ton of product. Now, the real test: its efficacy. After a week of consistent use, I started noticing a significant reduction in my dandruff. The flakes were less prominent, and my scalp felt refreshed and less itchy. Designed for normal to oily hair, it worked wonders in balancing out the oil levels on my scalp without stripping it of its natural moisture. Another aspect I appreciate is that it's gentle enough for daily use. Some dandruff shampoos can be quite harsh, leaving the hair feeling dry and brittle. But with the Amazon Basics Dandruff Shampoo, my hair felt soft and manageable post-wash.

I have very oily hair. I have to shampoo every day and sometimes twice. I used the Head and Shoulders oily hair type for decades. Then they changed to formulation so it smells like rotten eggs. I have tried many replacements and this one doesn't cut it. Pros: Smells pleasant, does clean, but leaves a mild film like a conditioner would. By end of day my hair is oily and needs a second wash. Others in family have used it and feel it is fine. To be fair it is a good bargain as well.

This dandruff shampoo is very moisturizing and it has a very pleasant and refreshing scent which smells nothing like the traditional medicine smell you get from most other dandruff shampoos. I use as a dandruff shampoo and body wash. I like that this shampoo doesn’t dry out my hair, scalp or my skin. It makes my skin feel so soft. I no longer have an itchy scalp. My hair scalp and hair feels very clean and it’s easy to rinse off. I was surprised how large the bottle is for such an affordable price. I will definitely repurchase this product again.

I've been using this for a few years now, no dandruff in sight. Works just as well as the brand name product it replaced. Haven't noticed any unusual greasiness or dryness in my time using it. I am disappointed that these no longer include a pump. The pump from the old 33oz bottles will fit on one of these though.
