I’ve purchased 4 of these and no problems. I love them.

They're thinner and saggy in the middle. I don't love them. But will work for short term until I get a better quality rod.

spanning to 12 feet wide is necessary the 4 bracket or simply with three is good ?

4brackets would be best, unless you are just hanging sheers
