Works fine
Fits the headset, and these hold up to about 3 years of near daily use before needing replacement. Fitting the new cushions is a bit finicky, but that's just how Bose designed the headset.

Perfect Fit
Swapped out my old ones on my Bose A20s and it felt like I had a brand new headset.

A must for frequent flyers
Keep an extra set on hand if you fly the A20s like I do. Upwards of 5+ flight hours a day with my headset on, I schedule replacement of the cups annually. Going on 3 years in the Louisiana heat and humidity and fresh seals on my bald improve the function of the ANC. These are soft, easy to install and worth the expense to keep the A20s functioning.

Basically the same as what comes with the headset
There's not a whole lot to say about these ear cushions. They work great, just like the old ones. The foam inside is a little stiff at first so I wasn't getting as good of a seal as I was with the older set that I replaced, but after flying for a couple days I noticed that they were feeling normal again. Swapping them out was a bit of a pain - there is a small lip that runs around the headset and these ear cushions have a bit of extra material that needs to be fed into the space created by that lip. It only took me a few minutes, but I was thinking the whole time that I was surprised there isn't a better way to be doing this. Maybe the newer headsets have a better system, but for the A20 it was annoying to change them out. Overall, I expect I'll be buying these again when they finally die in a couple years.

Perfect OEM replacement
Don't waste your time with knockoff parts for your high end headset. Go with the best. These are original replacements.

Fit well, easy to replace. They don't seem to last too long though, which is surprising for Bose.

Work great. Not quite as thick as the original A20 earmuffs, but they are certainly OEM, so maybe Bose made a change.
