Very useful for moving bed bound person, hand straps are the best. Very absorbent haven't had anything leak through to the sheets or mattress. Easy to wash.

This is a life saver if you are caring for someone that move themself. One person has no problem at all repositioning someone. We could not take care of Dad without this!!

Sturdy, large and works as advertised

Using this for my husband who is bedridden. Works wonderfully. The handles on sides of pad make lifting and moving so much easier. I have had many comments by others who are helping me with his care. We are all in agreement.......this is a useful, sturdy, and helpful aid. It also helps in protecting the sheets. If you are having trouble deciding whether or not to buy this, go ahead, you won't be sorry!

Love these, love the fact that it comes as a pair so I have one to use and can wash the other. Handles are well placed and sturdy. Works well, especially useful with an elderly parent who can't really move on their own. Helps to be able to easily reposition them in bed.

My husband was bedridden for eight months and we needed to move him from side to side to help him dress. This Matt was the perfect size to pull him up with two people and also it kept the sheets completely dry. I highly recommend this.

I like these because they are longer than the average pad which means they have a broader coverage area. They also help with moving/adjusting.

Necessary item

We ordered 1 to start and quickly ordered a second - to have a spare when washing. This was a lifesaver for us caring for our uncle after a severe stroke. Highly recommend for any patient with limited mobility or in bed most of the day. Our tip - line the top of the positioning pad up with the shoulders and raise the legs first before putting the patient upright to limit the slouching down in the bed. Extra pillows on the good side help prevent the patient from shifting their weight excessively onto the bad side - because of the limited sensation on the bad side. It took me awhile to realize why my uncle was intentionally leaning towards his bad side - lack of sensation of discomfort!
