I wear a 7.5 and these fit great. They're sturdy and short, which I needed for shallow reef diving. Longer fins may hit the reef. They were easy to adjust.

Bought this item to augment kicking in pool workouts. They are not suitable for this. The design is a cut off snorkel fin, with center of motion at end of foot not in mid foot like swimming. The material is a very stiff plastic and does not bend easily with foot motion. Bought size xl and this included an insert to extend the foot so toes do not get "trapped" in fin. This insert has a finger hold on top that cuts into the ankle as the foot flexes. Bad design. I will return them.

The fins are made of a rigid plastic that does not give in the water. They hurt my arches on my first swim. I purchased the fins for pool lap swimming but I believe I will return for short, rubber fins.

We purchased these for trips we take. They are smaller than standard fins so they fit in our luggage.They are very nice.We snorkelled several reefs I quite a chop and had no issue with them.We would recommend.
