no what i expected
I thought the mat was much thinner an more pliable

Makes moving the quilt around sooooooo much easier
Larger quilts I usually hand quilt. I don't have a long arm. I can do free motion on my sewing machine for baby quilts, and maybe a lap size but it is very cumbersome and not smooth. I bought a table tray to fit my machine that helped quite a bit. But with the addition of the mat, the quilt now just glides. I LOVE IT.

Einfach toll
Hab den Slider sofort ausprobiert. Als Anfängerin fällt mir das Quilten somit leichter und die Stiche sind gleichmäßiger.

Reçu en bon état. J'ai été déçu car cela ne glisse pas comme je l'imaginais et le prix est beaucoup trop élevé pour la qualité.

A little pricey for what it is
This is very thin plastic or vinyl , not sure which. The pink side is sticky and the white side is slippery to make free motion quilting so much easier on your hands. I do think the price is a little steep for what you get. There are alternatives that work just as well and are more cost effective, just search youtube. You are basically paying extra for the name brand. Although this is good quality if it ever needs replacing I would go with a cheaper alternative.
