Empower Yourself

Its a very thoughtful book.I recommend this book to everyone since it helps to be positive and kind in our daily life.I just daily go through some of the affirmations and it puts me on a very uplifting mood.Overall its a very good book to take with you everywhere you go and if you are not in good mood then just go through some of the affirmations then your outlook on life immediately changes very positively and stress goes away.

Great book with positive ideas and outlooks on how to live positively and live life to the fullest. Also recommends living organic and getting more in touch with nature.

It's a simple book with a simple message: Be positive. Sometimes we tend to forget that life is what we make it.

Very up lifting read. I’m in the midst of getting fit and healthy and cleansing my body. After all these years I’m finally understanding how the body and mind works and looking after myself in the hopes my three year old son will learn all the good positive habits.

I love books like this! I actually think it helps me in a lot of ways. Treasure Yourself was the first time I used the affirmations in a real way and honestly that's still the best of these books and my favorite. There was nothing new in this and there was a lot of everyday stuff like I will take care of my dental health or I will be on time. I do recognize the need for it for some people I was just hoping that this would build on Treasure Yourself and go deeper whereas I felt like this was really rather pointless for me personally. Still worth the look though and together with Treasure Yourself could be a really great gift idea for people.

totally in love with Miranda Kerr's positive affirmation. this book is highly suggested for the young girls, who are looking for their own definition about themselve. Miranda's thought keep me feel grounded everytime when my mind wandering in the cloud.

I red and rewied Treasure Yourself: Power Thoughts for My Generation , and I totally liked this book, so when I noticed that there was another one I rushed to buy it. I should have red the description because I was disappointed when there was no personal stories and it was a affirmation book. The book is ok, inspiring quotes

Dear Miranda, You truly are an inspiration to us girls and Women. I bought this book in my worst phase post a break up. My self esteem was low and i had to remind myself to put me first , my health and my careers and other priorities. This book saved me and made me fall in love with my new self and my new life !! i love you Miranda!

Miranda Kerr is a great author and she is a fantastic role model for young women. Her first book, Treasure Yourself, was one of my favourite books because I could almost feel her sweet and down-to-earth presence in the pages. The book contained alot of great information regarding self-love and healing and had a ton of affirmations. Her second book, Empower Yourself, is just as great, but unlike the first book, the book only contains a short chapter in the beginning from Miranda and the rest of the book is affirmations. Pretty much the entire book is, "When you empower yourself you *insert action*" followed by a short description explaining the title and an affirmation to end it off. I actually enjoyed this very much. In Empower Yourself, Miranda shares some of her modelling photos and personal life photos, including some photos of Flynn, her adorable son. I very much enjoyed this book and I would highly recommend it to anybody (especially young girls) :)

In my opinion, this book is a little bite dissapointed if you compare with Treasure Yourself. But It isn't bad,
