Great Purchase!
So happy I found these. I have had some similar to these for a long time, and I was hoping I would be able to find the same ones again. As I searched online I kept coming up with nothing. The options were all too large, needed to be boiled, or had odd bulky shapes. These are perfect, small enough that you barely realize you have one in your mouth. The only issue I had was that these came with a sharp seam on the front. It seemed like an issue with the mold they came from. It wasn't a problem, I just scraped it off with a knife. That is the best part about these. They are customizable.

Great product and price
I have used 2 of these in the 15+ years since my dentist told me that I grind my teeth at night. I love that I don't feel like a football player since I can trim and adjust the guard to my liking. You can trim the ends and the tops so it really does fit to your comfort. It is dramastically cheaper than getting one through a dentist This will be my second purchase of these and I would recommend them to anyone.

Too thick
This item was thicker than expected and caused jaw pain.

Great Product
I've had custom made units made by dentists for hundreds of dollars. I've also tried a half dozen other products on the market. I read the other reviews, if people are choking on this product, they won't be able to use anything else I've tried. This is truly a great value and very low profile, while still preventing me from grinding my teeth while I sleep. I barely notice it in my mouth and it is much better than other products I've tried. Just ordered two more.

An Effective "Harder Guard"
In the world of mouth guards, there appear to be several types. The soft, "cushy" guards require trimming, boiling, and trimming again to get an individual fit. These guards take a different approach: Flexible at the front, the guards only need to be trimmed toward the two ends, for a general fit. The substance is a firmer plastic, but is soft enough to be comfortable. There is no plastic taste and the guard cleans easily. I've been using these for years and am happy with the product, especially when compared with some sport's guards.

Best night guards!
I've used these night guards for years as a substitute for expensive custom-made trays. These are not adjustable, but they fit my small mouth perfectly, much better than the StressGard II, which is bigger. Even with the grinding, a single tray lasts for several months. At first I worried that the would come loose while I was asleep. That has never happened. I must really clamp down on the guard while I sleep. I use the tray on my upper teeth.

Like most of the recent reviews say - quality is now garbage
Like many of the other people, I've used this product for almost 2 decades, and the last couple years they've obviously gone for the money grab. Instead of lasting months like they used to, they puncture and tear in just a few nights. Within a week or so they are worthless.TotalGard used to be the only gard on the market that was both comfortable and long-lasting. I understand all businesses have to stay competitive, but they've obviously gone for the cheap quality production, hoping people will buy more of these over time as they need to be replaced much more quickly.Well, I'll never buy one again, and I hope these reviews kill their business. I'll just buy a less comfortable and/or more expensive one that lasts. You should too!
