Quality
Cheap quality.Used it for the first time with only 4 hrs of operation and the motor started to smoke and quit working. Not to mention the stainless steel seems very cheap and thin.

Terrible product
Cheaply made with poor directions. The parts have jagged edges and you risk cutting yourself if not extremely careful. Generally a terrible product.

The grill motor don’t work
I purchased this grill and yesterday I had a party Cuban night . When we put the pig (35# pig) the motor s didn’t work and we couldn’t roasted pig.

Terrible design
I would not recommend this product! It’s designed wrong! Motor side of rotisserie is bolted on , no way to adjust height while cooking! Piece of junk and a waste of $400

Missing Part
Product arrived with missing bearing box, and crushed tongs. Already unboxed and assembled item. No option to request part without deconstructing entire assembly to return.
