What are the RDA percentages or mg/mcg for each ingredient?

Biotin 300mcg. = 100% rda?? Someone should check on that again!!

i bought mine a while back, at least 2 years ago and the exp. date is 6/17....buying the larger sjze, 500 count, i break them in half every day and i still have a lot left ...i shouldnt have bought such a large count bottle....but if you don't break them in half the larger size is great for the money 
