Very happy with this. Good quality.
Bought the charcoal version. I’m really happy with the firm support with enough flex for it to be comfortable. I like to sleep on my back, this supports the neck very well and I think it could reduce snoring for some conditions. It’s smaller than an average size pillow but I don’t find this an issue. It comes with a quality washable cover. I took a risk buying it as it’s quite pricey but I’m happy and recommend it.

Does not support the neck well.
The concept of the item is good but with the lack of neck support with a gradual incline from the spine, this makes it very uncomfortable.
