This is awesome!!! Since it is summer, they even packaged with ice and sent to me!!!I'm so impressed, can't believe they actually put that much ice, as well as a blanket around it to keep it cool in the hot weather.And the taste is absolutely great! same taste as I remembered as a child.I would definitely buy it again: D

The term whopper can be used to describe a lie, usually of epic proportion. And thats what whoppers are, the chocolate ones that is. Those are terrible lies. They look like maltesers, they are sort of like maltesers. But they are not even close. Not even a shadow of the glory that is maltesers. Anyone from the UK can tell you dont believe the lie.It's basically chocolate wrapped around malt and it's glorious. I recommend the party bucket where you become the party unto yourself.My only complaint is the cost. I suspect these are priced a wee bit higher than they should be.

Item came within the time frame given and was very well packaged. I was a bit leary as I have purchased malted milk balls in the past only to be disappointed. These are excellant. The quality of the chocolate covering is good and the malted filling is great. I would not h=esitate to purchase them again and will recommend them to both my family and friends.

I have had both Whoppers (American brand, ubiquitous malted milk balls) and Maltesers (the "Whoppers" of Europe). Maltesers have slightly better quality chocolate, are slightly less sweet and have more malt flavor in the center. The center is also a little more airy and honeycombed in Maltesers when compared to Whoppers. I personally like Maltesers better.I ordered these not knowing that they were the recently-launched US/Canada version of Maltesers. I ate some and they tasted off. They don't really taste the same at all as the ones I have had that are actually made and marketed in Europe. They taste closer to Whoppers. They are a lot sweeter and the chocolate quality isn't exactly there. Not sure exactly what they changed but it's not good and I'm disappointed.

Hugely disappointed!! I thought these were the U.K version, but turns out they are U.S made and do NOT taste anywhere near as good as the originals. Not happy at all. I won't be buying these bitter balls ever again.P.S. The size of the box the goods were shipped in was absolutely ridiculous!! You could have put 100 malteaser boxes in there, alongside a small pony & the kitchen sink.

Just emptied an 878gram tub of UK Maltesers and 6 boxes of these turn up. I had hoped they would be as good but the lower price was a clue to lower expectations.These have a slightly different look, feel, and taste. Harsher on all counts. They are not the melt in your mouth delectable delights from Australia or the UK. They are good and in a pinch they will do. But you do get a weird after taste after a dozen or more.I'd give them 3 3/4 stars. They really should not compromise on the perfection they make elsewhere.

For perfect gift for your Malteser's fan that you can purchase here in the US and not have to wait to get them from UK. We have a friend that tried them in England and loved them. It's nice that we can get his favorite candy and not have to wait for it to be shipped from overseas. The candy tastes just as good as it did in England.
