Lightweight & easy to install, does not come with instruction but it was well packaged and arrived quickly. Just add water to the base for weight. nice good finish on the stand and clasp is easy to adjust to both my iphones 6 & 6+ also my iPad mini. Only con is that I wish the neck was adjustable so I can lower it if necessary. Now I can watch shows off my device handsfree from bed!

As it turns out, the articulating arm of this stand is not an elastic coiled ribbon or some other type of wound filament as you would expect. No, it's core is actually a solid piece of metal (Aluminum?) and like all solid metal rods, when you bend them too many times, it breaks. Like ours did. My wife used this stand to read "hands-free" at night, nothing overly strenuous, yet when she went to make an adjustment, the arm snapped off. Whaaaaaa???

Not stable at all and the tab is shaking
