The 5 fits an ankle circumference of 9.75-10.75 inches The 6 fits 10.75-11.5 inches

Can you run while wearing this brace? Is it flexible enough for that?

Yes. I wear mine race walking, playing softball and Pickleball. I use thin socks under them. I have one for each ankle.
