I need to take ocular vitamins to maintain my eyes as recommended by two different ophthalmologists. The chewable work for me and have the bonus of a multivitamin. The regular pills (no gel available) I find too large and gag worthy . If the manufacturers could jam all the benefits into a reasonably sized gel I would take that too.
