light, crispy, easy and tasty to eat
In my nearly four decades of lifting weights, I’ve probably tried over 100 brands of protein bars. Protein Crisp would would be in my all-time top five. Unlike many protein bars, these are not heavy or dense - in fact, it’s almost like eating a Kit Kat except this has a lot more nutrients. I really like the chocolate flavor.

First bar I’ve found that doesn’t are like chalk or sawdust. Reminds me of the Quaker Chewy chocolate chip bar.Has good protein content for after workouts.
