Easy to assemble and use but when I was using the bar it hit my head really hard. SECURE THE ENDS! They popped off and attachment came off other than that this is a great excersize equipment and can be used lots of ways. 4 stars because the ends of the bar came off and hit my head really hard.

My daughter told me about this Pilates bar. I had never done Pilates before, but needed something I could do at do at home. The bar was easy to assemble, is sturdy, and really helps with my exercise routine. I looked up routines on YouTube and am already feeling the difference in my middle aged body:)

Easy to assemble and use just not enough resistance for me

I mainly got this to do hip thrusts. However the bands are too long to offer any resistance even if I cross the bands.

convenient but works better if you are tall

I recently ordered a vibration plate from another seller, and though I'm happy with it, the resistance bands do not add enough challenge to my workout. This set works perfectly with my board and adds the additional resistance I need, along with adding to the variety of exercises I can perform. Very pleased with the quality and this set is much nicer than I expected for the price.

I've been using these for about 30 days. One of my 40# tubes is already tearing!The Pilates Bar is a nice bonus that most other sets don't have but if you use it for pull ups the ends of the foam compress toward the center of the bar. Still worth it. But it happens.These give a very nice workout, I like them better than free weights.

Good product- but my wife needed a foam pad to protect her neck - picked some pipe insulation from HD to make use more comfortable

The product seems to be well made. When trying to do the exercises shown, even with the adjustments I am too short to actually get tension I need to do the exercise properly. I am 5ft 4. Not sure how tall you need to be to use it properly.

Was very disappointed in the lack of a bigger instruction chart.

Recently threw out my old resistance bands from some other generic company after using them for about 4 years. I liked the sets with bars as it mimics the barbell and thought I was gonna have to pay over a hundred for the big silver one that shows up first among sponsored results which seemed a big high. By some grace of God I found this set and bought it and so far am very happy.The bar feels good and solid, of course not as heavy as a barbell, but good enough. Like if you hit someone by swinging it you would do serious damage. The pieces screw in snuggly and it take more than 10 full rotations before they're tight so no fear they're gonna loosen on accident.Bands seem good, haven't had any pop outs yet (I recently had bought another set, a best seller for regular resistance bands with no bar, and they were terrible and kept popping out hence this purchase). Anyway, overall it just feels good doing curls with these. I also like the combo food straps/handles which are a better solution than my old set had (Velcro ankle straps that were no bueno).Haven't done door anchoring with these yet but look forward to finding some time to try it out. Like I said the bands feel pretty solid and the ends don't look like they're gonna pop off. Length feels about right for me, relatively tall male.

Lorsque que j’ai reçu cet ensemble, j’ai d’abord été déçue par un problème au niveau des embouts de la barre. En effet, le descriptif annonçait des embouts rotatifs à 360 degrés, mais sur la barre reçue, un seul tournait (avec bruit de grincement), et l’autre était complètement bloqué. J’ai remédié au problème avec du WD-40. Les deux embouts tournent desormais de manière fluide et sans bruit.Deux barres en une! La barre est en 3 parties. Longueur totale (hors embouts): 100cm. En enlevant la partie centrale, on obtient une longueur de 67cm. Selon la longueur que l’on choisit d’utiliser, on obtiendra un impact différent. La barre courte force à une prise plus étroite et peut rendre les exercices plus intenses.Le grip est légèrement rembourré et agréable.Quant aux autres accessoires du kit, ils sont apparemment qualitatifs et complets, permettant de nombreux exercices pour le corps entier.En conclusion, je ne regrette pas mon achat. Le rapport qualité-prix est très bon.
