Doesn't work
I was very excited to see that there was a humane way of discouraging pests rather than killing them and have ordered this product...this was until I saw a mouse run around the device, sitting next to it...it will be therefore safe to say, that this product DOESN'T WORK. I have tried to read the instructions and it doesn't even make sense, the language used is not English! this went straight to bin! Would have given 0 rating

Seems to ge working so far, not spotted any of the critters, nor seen any obvious signs they've been around. So heads up & thank you. Would buy from this Seller again👍

Ordered 2 packs of 2 plug in replacements, only 3 out of 4 worked on opening .
After contacting Amazon, Amazon and supplier swiftly rectified the issue.

Total waste of money!
I bought this because in the summer I get so many spiders,fruit flies etc its a pain as I don't kill spiders etc so thought I'd get something to make my life finally easier...NO!!! Does not work...Have one in my kitchen and the lounge which is next to the kitchen...the pests are still enjoying their free home visits...totally rubbish! Wasted my money again. Don't waste your time buying...if they did work ....they'd work for everyone simple as.
