Will this work with my Canon camera? How do I confirm compatibility?

Fits cameras using LP-E10: Rebel T3/T5/T6/T7/T100, Kiss X50/X70/X80/X90, EOS 1100D-4000D. Open your battery door - if the label reads "LP-E10", it fits. If it reads LP-E8, LP-E12 or LP-E17, choose that model instead.

What is the difference between the Rebel T7 and T7i? Will this fit my T7i, T6i or T5i?

Models with an "i" (T7i, T6i, T5i, etc.) need different batteries. This set fits Rebel T7 (EOS 2000D) but NOT T7i (EOS 800D), T3i, T4i, T5i, T6i, T6s, Kiss M or EOS M (they use LP-E8/LP-E17/LP-E12). Check the label before ordering.

What exactly is included in the package?

How long does one battery last? Do I really need two batteries?

The charger's LED flashes red and green - is it broken?

No - red-green flash with no battery inserted is normal standby, not a defect. With a battery: solid RED = charging, solid GREEN = full (2-3 hrs). If light stays green with battery in, re-seat it or try another USB source.
