I've been taking these capsules for almost a month now and I am still uncertain if they're doing me any good. The only way I will truly know is if I deteriorate after all sixty of the capsules have gone. As it is, I feel very well in myself and so I will give these capsules the benefit of the doubt. I would love to know precisely how much royal jelly is in each capsule. Also, how much royal jelly is needed to have its magical effects. That said, bumblebees have made themselves a hive underneath my potting shed and so I salute them every day and wonder if I could ever find my own royal jelly.

These capsules are doing me very well so far.The capsules themselves are of general size, about your size of a cold & flu capsule.They're easy to swallow, have no nasty aftertaste and no nasty scent.I feel no negative side effects when taking them and I've taken them a good while now.I do feel some benefit, feel better for taking them but can only imagine I'll feel even better long term!They're good quality and very well put together, well made immune boosters.Highly recommend giving them a try!
