Cyber Security Backdoor - DO NOT INSTALL
Security Camera yes - it just won't tell you who is watching. Is transmitting traffic to the public internet disguised as Soulseek peer to peer file sharing. This product needs to be removed and banned.

Cheap but quite Decent
Definitely isn't the Hikvision that it tries to look like, but honestly, I'm OK with that in most situations. I have two of these, and both work as expected. Someone else mentioned the cameras trying to phone home. Neither of mine do this. Default configuration and/or different firmware may be the difference. Also, they're connected to BlueIris, and nothing has internet access. Night vision is incredibly good (for what it is).

Great Cheap Cam
This is a great fisheye ip camera for the price. At 2 megapixels, it may not give the best resolution to identify an unknown face across the yard but will definitely be enough to cover the activities in a room. It has a really wide area of coverage and is sharp. Details: 2MP Has Onvif (port 8899) so it worked with my LaView NVR. Wall to Wall coverage Fantastic night vision! Really bright for only 3 IR LEDs DHCP isn't on by default so it had an ip of 192.168.1.10 with username: admin pass: <blank > I didn't use the included CD. Not sure about POE yet, the power information sticker didn't mention POE but it could still be there. It has a microSD slot but I'm using an NVR so... It also comes with screws and an ethernet weather proof cord junction cover? Though I'm not sure if it's outdoor suitable. Does not come with a 12vdc adapter so beware. I will admit: the web interface is trash. You need to use Internet Explorer and download some plugin and then if you need to change settings, it will open a pseudo window. It's doable but it is not novice friendly. Overall, this is a great cheap cam for the price and functionality. Great for DIY home systems. Good for vacation monitoring or as an obvious nanny cam.

Do you like to be spied on?
I'm giving this camera 3 stars even though I know it will spy on you. But hey most of the knockoff cameras that come from China have a backdoor. I put this camera on a packet sniffer and watched it establish streams back to networks in China. This is expected so your best bet is to buy this device and use a POE router like the Mikrotik HeX POE and block it from accessing anything but your local network and NVR. Other than that the camera does the job, I knew it was only 2MP so the quality is about that and it seems to work good in low/no light. It also looks pretty good and will serve its purpose as first a deterrent and evidence collection. The interface is similar to other cameras purchased from China. The reviews people have made of missing parts are mostly bogus as they didn't purchase a power supply. If you do decide to use the Mikrotik Hex POE Router make sure you buy a 48V POE adapter like the Ubiquiti 48V 0.5AMP type as it will power both your router and the camera.

You get what you pay for
Thank goodness someone had pointed out this thing comes with a static ip of 192.168.1.10. User is admin, no password. If you're home subnet is something besides 192.168.1.x it'll just be an extra annoying step for you to deal with. I didn't bother testing the CD because who has a cdrom on their laptop anymore? I was able to get it up and running really quickly but if you're not familiar with networking, I can see this causing some pain. The web management portal / security is absolute junk. You have to run in Internet Explorer (!!!) and install their activex control (edge or newer browsers won't work at all). Picture quality is just OK, does not beat my amcrest or foscams in quality. Don't expect to get snapshots of people's faces with this. It's strictly just to see what's going on in a room, if that... The night vision is actually acceptable. But all in all, the POE works, fisheye lens and night vision are fine, and the ONVIF stream to my blue iris worked just fine. For the price, it was the cheapest fisheye poe camera I could find and I suppose you do get what you pay for. It works OK, probably would not buy again.

Nope. Total fail. This is a knockoff of ...
Nope. Total fail. This is a knockoff of the Hikvision DS-2CD6362F-I Network Surveillance Camera, 1.27mm Lens, 6 MP, 3072 X 2048, White. As expected it fails on all counts. This item should not be sold on Amazon.com or any other e-commerce portal for that matter.

Great value for what you pay for
So the manual isn't really readable - but the camera does great if you know how to connect to it. I use it to monitor a very tight space - 10ft by 6 ft and it does great. Works like a champ with Blue Iris although you need to download the ONVIF Device Manager to get to the stream. Using the ONVIF device manager you can get the link to the stream including the password which strangely is different than the one you use to log on to the camera. Overall, it works excellent for the money you pay for it!
