PULACO 50 Watt Mini Aquarium Heater, Small Fish Tank Heater for 5-12 Gallon Fish Tanks

the heater was working well from july 29th, today sept 11, no display, checked electric all good, ???? heater not working 40 -44 days ?????? was maintained very carefully, unplugged b4 cleaning tank, and tank completely set up before submerging heater and then was plugged in. ?? did not get 3 months of use ?? pls advise, or is this made in china experience lesson???

Set the temp it starts heating then stops constantly. unreliable from the start unfortunately it'll cost me more to drive to ups to return it my loss dont let it be your's

I live in the north, the beta tank is near the window, this heater is simple to install and easy to use. I've used it throughout the winter, kept the water warm for the beta fish so far.

I had this for 2 months and LOVED it! Went to move a plant one day and my tank was freezing! The heater stopped heating at some point i guess and dropped my tank from 80° to 67°, which can be deadly for some fish. The thermometer stayed working but the heater stopped heating. Happened with 2 of these heater in 2 of my tanks both around the 2 month mark

When I first purchased this for my 10gal, it worked amazing. Being able to set the temperature and also see the temperature of the water was really cool. Unfortunately after a couple of weeks it stopped working. It would still tell me the temp of the water, but wouldn’t heat it up. I had to make an emergency run to purchase an aqueon heater (they have always lasted me forever). I really loved this heater in the beginning, I just wish things would’ve worked out.
