Love using this! It really is just so handy. I've only used it connected to my PC. In fact, it sits by my PC constantly in case I need it. I now scan in any offical letters and can name them and store them on my PC within minutes of me opening them! It hasn't let me down.

I knew as soon as I opened the box and saw the USB cable that this was an older model. Then when I downloaded the installer files, as my PC does not have a CD/DVD drive I realised that the Microsoft Windows installer was a very old version which again told me that this model was quite old But it worked I installed it okay and did a few scans of receipts I am terrible at scanning receipts for work and even though I have a flat bed scanner still do not do it Now, with this little USB powered one I can scan them in quickly. So far each receipt has cost me £18 to scan lol but that will come down the more I scan lol Sometimes old is best

I got this because I travel around and often need to scan documents. Considering the price I've been more than happy with the scan quality and ease of use. The provided software makes scanning to JPEGs and PDF files a doddle. I'd recommend it for someone like myself who needs a portable scanner at a very reasonable price.

Powers on fine but doesn't work with window 11

Ideal for travelling with but don’t forget to take thermal paper with you found it difficult to get hold ok overseas.

Tried everything to get this scanner to work my windows 11 laptop. The PC would not recognise the scanner. Drivers downloaded but would not start calibration software . Could not start scanner error. Windows scan app fed paper through but error and no scanned image. Can only assume Faulty unit.

Fed up with carrying around a printer/scanner when these days I hardly print anything out. Bought this portable scanner so I could send a proper pdf file for a passport. Only took 20 mins for me to set up and send. Extremely pleased with this purchase (same price as a big clunky printer/scanner) but now fits in my bag. Best purchase if the year, highly recommend.

Scanning receipts is dreadful. If the unit has the tiniest piece of dust you end up with black edges all around. I contacted support who were very helpful, 1st I needed an updated driver, then it was all down to cleaning. I cleaned and cleaned and cleaned until finally I managed to scan a receipt to the correct size without horrendous black edges. Didn't last long. I bought this as a replacement for my Opticslim M12 which worked flawlessly for 15 year and never cleaned it once. With this new model, I can scan one receipt if I am lucky before I get back edges again. Now consigned to the bin. I will use my phone to take pictures from now on.

画質は悪くない。 しかし自動で吸い込まれるまでの時間が短いからなのか、パッと見まっすぐ引き込まれているように見えて画像が毎回ランダムに傾く。 枚数溜まった段階でAIに投げて補正と余白部分の黒背景消しをしてもらわないと使えない。 スキャンを押さなくていい仕組みも一長一短なのだろうか‥‥ 自動でまともにスキャンできないのなら自動引き込みしない設定もできて欲しい。

I got this to scan my late grandmother's recipes to make a cookbook for the family. Im 30 and most of these reciepes are older than me like waaaayyy older and this scanned them in beautifully! It was gentle on alot of the delicate papers and made it very easy to see some of the faded writing. Well worth the money! Easy set up too!

This works perfect for my desk so I don't have to go back and forth to the printer to scan paperwork. Also scans id cards and smaller documents its exactly what I wanted. Easy set up and so simple to use.
