If your one who uses metamucil daily, just double up. For those who have never used it before,buy metamucil in a larger quantity. The over packaging of this product is just not worth it!!

It takes about 2-3 days to actually work, which it says on back of product. Keep drinking as directed , it works very well. Bowel movement is there mostly at night. Made me drop about 5 pounds, which is great. My stomach was super bloated & always was constipated. Now I feel my stool more soft. I feel less heavier than I was before. My energy level went up. This starts to work day one and it does so without all of the cramping and bloating often associated with this sort of cleanse. This mixes well with cool water. It's not gritty and it tastes pretty good. It actually tastes a lot like lemonade.Wish I'd found this sooner! It's a great supplement to have on hand to fix those times that your digestion gets outta whack.

Great product to get rid of the sludge in your intestines. Keeps them clean and you are regular while feeling empty and great!!It works pretty good as a cleanse. I only take it once a day, but you can take it up to 3X day!! That would be a bit much, I think and not necessary.
