I have had a pacemaker/defibrillator for about 11 years. I am sensitive to many meds and was experiencing a terrible quality of life on most of the meds my heart doctors were giving me until I researched quite a bit to find the best alternative for me. I do not suggest anyone should do what I have done because you may have different issues which could be dangerous or even deadly...maybe you are okay with prescribed medications! I have been off heart meds for over four years. My blood tests have vastly improved since the change as has my quality of life. I do take five of these per day (3 in a.m., 2 in p.m.). Ive been taking this a little over a week. My BP was hovering around 190/120 to 170/115... Within a day it was lowered. After a week of use it has gone down to 135/88..One ISSUE so far, I have to take two in the morning and two in the evening or it will rise by evening. This means one bottle only lasts me 15 days. I need two bottles to hold me for a month. Makes it more expensive but better than BP meds...Im hoping that it builds up in my system and Ill be able to take just two in the morning. Ill update.
