Absolute (tiny) unit! Couldn't ask for better design. Lovely heavy little lump and perfect for getting into small spaces with accuracy.

This is grade 2, not grade 1 as claimed. Grade 2 is shopfloor usage which is what I expected it to be. The description for why the slot in the corner is there is arrant nonsense, it is there because it is impossible to grind an internal corner without a radius. As a retired precision Toolmaker the square is a good shop floor tool.

Just the right size to adjust scroll saw blades. For me that is the main use. Great little square.ThanksFred

Bought this to set my table saw blades true to the table surface - it's ideal for this task because of it's small size and relatively wide foot plate. It comes fitted in a neat cardboard box too.

Sometimes you simply pick something up and know immediately you are handling something of real quality. This is one of those items. All surfaces cleanly machined to a near mirror finish. All surfaces flat and square to my ability to test them, even the ends of stock and beam.I am going to be harsh and knock a star off though simply for the packaging. It comes oiled in a plastic bag inside a close fitting cardboard box. It's perfectly adequate for distribution and surviving a courier but not suited for long term use. A precision instrument such as this deserves a proper protective case as a long term home. It's impression is good enough I found myself instantly thinking about my stock of ply offcuts and scroll saw...Yes little square, I'm going to make you a _nice_ home.
