Is that serum going after no6 bond smoother or before?

I wash with Olaplex then use the serum (a little goes a long way) then I like to add mousse as my hair is fine. My hair has never been better. I sea swim daily and also in indoor pool so I am really pleased I use Olaplex.

Can you use this on dry hair?

I mostly use on dry hair. It refreshes my curls really well.

Does this continue any kind of oils?

Not sure what the question is but I ca recommend this product as it smooths hair and gives it body and bounce !
