I got this accidently instead of the cornmeal. It works great in making corn bread!

Wonderful product, at a very reasonable price. I like corn flour for it's finer texture when breading fish to fry. Masa is different, as it has slaked lime in it. I store it in my freezer to preserve freshness.

GMO corn ties my stomach in knots. The pain is excruciating. This doesn't, so I know it's the real deal. I also have Celiac. No reaction. So it's definitely gluten-free, too.
