La computadora aparentemente presenta un fallo en el windows 11
Apenas empiezo a probarla, es muy pronto para hablar al respecto pero la primera falla es que la pantalla queda en negro con el cursor del mouse, llame a servicio técnico y ni ellos saben dar respuesta, YouTube logro mostrarme como salir de la pantalla negra y el error que presenta la computadora el cual es cuando se inicia actualizaciones automáticas sin estar conectado a internet, espero el problema quede solucionado, si al paso de los días los problemas continúan! Ya hice reporte con servicio al cliente para devolverla. Espero no tengamos que llegar a ese punto. Del resto buen diseño y se ve prometedora.

Purchased for a Christmas present for my son who is in the military to use for school and games. Stopped working at the end of April and the merchant is unresponsive and Amazon won’t do anything. BEWARE of 3rd party sellers on Amazon! Will never buy anything from Amazon again.
