A little confusing because the boxes don't all ship together. I thought I was short on screws but they were in another box. I can't get the canopy to stay up at times but that could be "operator error" lol Over all, I love, love , love it and will purchase another one. (There was "dirt" on one or two of the cushions but it came off with soap and water.) Oh and I added lights to the canopy. Over all, I can't complain. I'm happy. (with minor issues)

No bad reviews perfect size and comfort

I love this patio furniture so much, but I just wished it was truly weatherproof like it says in the description. When it rains, the cushions hold all the water in it and takes a while to dry.

I really wanna like this product but there are few issues with it. All the cushions slide off and there’s no way to tie them down. The feet that they provide are made of metal and cut my wood patio when they are being moved. When we were installing it, some of the holes had a piece of metal in them from holding the chair together and would not allow the screw to go in. My biggest issue with the set is the fact that when I sit down, the cushions just slide right off.

Product is easy to put together till you put on the canopy. Instructions are very very vague. took 2 weeks to figure out. Still had to cut the canopy at the angle to insert bars. the canopy has a trick to keep it up. Sits very low. over all it serves the purpose.

We were impressed by the product quality and the service. It comes in 4 boxes. 1 box was damaged and we got a replacement very shortly. The communication with the seller was above and beyond: they answered all my emails very fast and politely. Assembling was easy and the whole set is pretty sturdy and comfortable. Totally worth it's price. Highly recommend the product and the seller.

This set is really nice in the price point that it’s in. Easy enough to assembly, most difficult was the canopy. Helpful hint put the fist and last bars all the way through the canopy, first. I can’t stress enough how wonderful the customer service was . Don’t hesitate to purchase this set from this retailer, you won’t regret it .
