Just what I was looking for
I have this mounted to the under side of my computer table, above my pull out keyboard shelf. Room lighting just doesn't do the job. This unit is connected to a PC USB port and comes on with the PC. Initially the control button lights up making it easy to find. A touch turns the main lights on full. Holding the button dims the lights to any desired level. Goes off when the PC is powered off.

Doesn't charge - only works when plugged in
This only works WHILE PLUGGED IN. I can charge it for hours and hours, disconnect the charging cable, and it doesn't work. I don't mean it is dim or it doesn't last long... it simply doesn't turn on at all. Defeats the entire purpose of the fixture. Complete waste of money.

They put off nice white light
They put off nice white light. The USB connector has came off of 2 of the units I have bought. they could do better with a metal connector for the usb power.

Great keyboard light!
I mounted this under my desk above my keyboard tray. I love that I can dim the light to suit my needs. Much easier to see my keyboard in the evenings.
