This does exactly what my Dr prescribed it for.My bone density had decreased -within 3 months of using along with MK2 there was great improvement as I tested again. I won’t stop ever taking this and really hope it remains on the market.

I think that I have finally found something that may be helping my back; at least it doesn't hurt anymore. I take 1cap of Ortho Molecular Products Strontium to facilitate my bone density supplement, 2 caps of Be Whole NatruCal, (Amazon), 2 TBS of Great Lakes Gelatin (green can(Amazon)) and 2 caps of Dr. Bests Magnesium (Amazon) daily as added supplements to my multi-vitamin. Since I have been on this regime I have noticed that after 10 years, my back no longer hurts. My doctor did not have god news for my back on the last visit and the dexascan and prescribed Fosamax. I was apprehensive when he commented on the good shape of my gums and teeth, therefore he could prescribe it. That spiked my curiosity as to what the correlation between my oral health and Fosamax was. I did my research, then headed to Amazon to see what I could learn. There were so many positive things about Strontium in general, including that it is used in the UK for low bone density, so I decided to try Molecular Products because of the customer reviews. I do take the Strontium several hours away from my other supplements so it won't interfere with the absorption.

About 10 years ago I was diagnosed with osteopenia. At that time I began my search for a natural way to build my bone back that I had lost. I found that calcium only maintains the bone you have but does not rebuild or replace what is gone. Research led me to this Strontium 950mg and I began taking it seperate from calcium as the research I found said calcium and strontium taken together would cancel each other out. After 2 years of taking this Strontium 950mg my Dexiscan showed complete bones without any osteopenia. I have continued to take this suppliment and last year had a great bone scan showing perfect bones. I highly recommend this product, I have seen the positive results with my own eyes.

My bone density test went from the osteoporosis range to osteopenia after taking this product. I was elated, and sought to purchase it again. I was sorely disappointed to learn that Amazon does not currently carry it, and the other buying options were much higher in price .. I bought it at Amazon for $19 .. it's available elsewhere for $54!! Same product. I decided to purchase the product Amazon carries, in which the mineral strontium is less concentrated. Will have to wait for next test to see how it works.

It's hard to evaluate the effectiveness of this supplement until I get another bone density test. I purchased it because it was highly recommended for bone building. However, when I started to repurchase, the price had gone up tremendously. I purchased a less expensive brand instead.
