Best Filter I've Tried in 8 Years!
We have used a filtering system for over 8 years now. We live in a community with a water treatment system. It's not a complete filtering system and it also adds Chlorine. Yuk! In the beginning we used the Pentek FloPlus filters. They still go for $80 and up now on Amazon. Each time I replace a filter, I look for new alternatives. For instance, last time I found the Geekpure 20-Inch Big Blue Carbon Block Water Filter . It was close to 1/3 the price I was paying. It came with 5-star reviews. Why not! I usually know that a new filter is needed when the pressure drops. It didn't drop this time, but I looked to replace it after 10 months - a long time! This time I found this iSpring FC25B. It too was close to 1/3 the price of the Pentek with the greatest capacity of any other filter and the best promise of Chlorine removal. The pressure was great. There was not even a hint of chlorine or anything else. Great tasting water. That's what I'm looking for. Now, we'll see how long it lasts and the pressure keeps up. That's the final test. Installation is easy. Turn of water to filter. I keep bypass closed and water is directed only to outdoor hose hookup (so I can clean housing). Open any faucet in house to release pressure. Remove old filter and clean housing and install new filter. Change and lubricate O-ring (with vegetable grade lubricant). Screw housing back in "hand tight." Then with the housing wrench tighten a bit more. Finally, open valve to send water through the filter. It's usually about a 10-15 minute job.

Good product
I change this filter anywhere from 6 months to a year depending on if I notice a change in the water. Most of the time it’s one year to match the timing of the sediment filter. I have the dual iSpring filter connected to incoming city water before hitting my Chlorine/Chloramine and Water softener combo before entering the home supply. The fridge filters it one more time. But it still tastes good from any tap in the home.

It does the job well.
This works well. I had it on a regular subscription until my wife lost the credit card and I forgot to update it in Amazon. Now I wait until our well water starts to get a little funky, and I buy a new one (the filter, not my wife) which clears up the funk.

ISpring WGB32BM and WSP-200SL - Quality Product with Quality Customer Service
have a 60 foot deep living well that I was going through filters like crazy with the whole house filter from Culligan. The well has a bunch of sediment so I was not surprised that it clogged a smaller single stage filter. The smaller filter would only get the sediment but the water would come out of the faucet with a brown tint and have a slight smell to it. I purchased the ISpring WGB32BM as well as an ISpring WSP-200SL Sediment Filter and with both of these combined the water to my cabin faucet was crystal clear, had zero sediment and had zero smell. Just to compare I set up an unopened purchased bottle of water next to a bottle of the water out of my faucet and the purchased bottle of water had visible sediment in the bottom of the bottle and the faucet water had no visible sediment at all. Fast forward two years after being installed (which was very simple) and I was changing out a well pump and had to change the location of the filtration system. I damaged the heads of the filtration system so I called ISpring and talked to Nick about purchasing the parts that I damaged. Nick was awesome and is shipping me a new one even though it was due to my fault. That is what you call great customer support.

Great customer service
I don't often leave reviews but I am left no other choice this time. 5 years ago we made the decision to go with whole house filtration and we chose the iSpring WGB32B system and we have not been disappointed with our choice since. Our water has been clearer and better tasting since installing. Unfortunately, recently we heard the sound of rushing water coming from the basement. One of the filter housings had split under pressure. I contacted iSpring the next morning and talked to Sean who was extremely helpful and even though it has been 5 years since I first bought the system Sean was able to not only replace the filter housing but I got a whole new system within a few days of my call. Thanks Sean and iSpring for restoring my faith in customer service.

Great Customer service from Ispring
I ordered this and some other filters for our system because they were in desperate need of being replaced. Our water pressure was reduced to just a trickle because the filters were overdue to be replaced. At first we weren't sure why we were having the water pressure issue because our system was installed just 6 months ago. I decided to try Ispring brand because I've been happy with their products in the past and our filters that came with our system didn't seem so great. When this arrived it was broken and had carbon all over the box. My husband knew how desperate I was for the water pressure issue to be fixed so he shoved the broken pieces together, installed it, and told me later that it arrived broken. Even with the broken filter, our water was better than before. When he told me it was broken and he didn't know how long it would last, I contacted the company. Michele from Ispring immediately sent us a new filter. I have been very pleased with Ispring products so far and greatly appreciate wonderful customer service. We will continue to use Ispring products in the future because they have good products, they stand behind them, and take great care of their customers!

Great Tasting Water and Ice
We live in Phoenix and have very hard water filled with calcium. I have a water treatment device (not a true softener) that treats the water in our house and requires a prefilter. My previous prefilter sprung a leak and replaced it with a larger model. The filter it came with was 20 microns which was definitely not adequate for the sediment in our water. I found this one and decided to see if I could make all our water better. Our refrigerator ice was really bad and no one wanted to drink that water. With this prefilter, we have way less sediment coming through and our water is so much more clear. The visible water droplets that dry don’t have the white circles around them anymore. Best of all, our ice is clear and tastes good! I will be ordering only these from now on!
