I thought it would be a full deck with cards for the wide bands too. Apparently you have to pay another £40 for those!! They are only cards!! Not really worth it.

This is a great collection of cards with the bands from the same company. I’ve started using them every day. The workouts are easy to follow and give endless combinations of strengthening exercises.
