Hate the keyboard and mouse
Arrived on time but UPS screwed up delivery, had to meet the truck on their route. Unboxed with some apprehension as the box was broken open on the bottom and side but the pc is well padded with styrofoam. Plugged it in and found edge would not open. Opened HP assistant and found many updates but they all refused to install. HP website said to uninstall the assistant and download and install the newest version, still no go. I did the required windows 10 updates and it installed new sound and cam drivers, then HP assistant worked and installed all the updates. Find it runs well, quiet for the most part but the fans run a bit loud during an antivirus scan. Hate the keyboard and mouse, should have a better quality for the price but that is a HP issue. Sound bar sounds good , use the sound tool to adjust base and treble. I deleted McAfee, sticking with defender and VooDooShield. Bright, brilliant colors and plenty fast. Very happy with this purchase. One thing I found irritating the HP assistat shows I only have a 7 month warranty. Waiting for HP to respond to my email. SSD fast, 5 TB hard drive offers large storage. Been using this PC since I updgraded to windows 10 Creator edition, now I rarely hear the fan and it does seem to run a bit faster too.

Caution! The hard drive is a third party install. Not the original hard drive. Failed in under a year!

HDD failure after one year
Like another reviewer who purchased one of these units from ULTRA computers, I experienced a hard drive failure just around 12+ months after my purchase date. Learned that the HDD had been a third party install, so was out of HP warranty to replace it, and ended up having to get a replacement drive myself. Not ideal!
