The effects were pretty good and I didn’t notice anything negative the first few days I took it. I’m not sure if it became different after exposure to light or if I just had a heavy meal those days that coincidentally covered it up.Either way, I can’t take these anymore and have to throw out the bottle. I gave 5 stars hoping to bump the review to the top. It’s nice for energy and focus. Not easy to digest.The smell and flavor I get from the burps it causes (normally I’m not gassy that way) - they make me almost vomit each time.I like the way the bottle looks, which is why I bought it. The pleasant look makes me want to take my vitamins.I should’ve just searched for empty digestible pink glitter capsules and purchased a vitamin powder if I wanted to go for only hype.Absolutely disgusting, not worth the price for the effects if that part doesn’t bother you.The person who said this is a creative pill said it best.

I am so happy I gave these a try. It does have a mint taste, but I love mint, so it doesn't bother me. I see that some people complain about if you take on an empty stomach you can still taste the mint, sometimes I can and sometimes I can't. I feel that my body has more energy. They are easy to take. Only have taken them for a month but decided to subscribe monthly.

But when I started to take the third bottle, I started to got random burps during the day that taste awful (I think is the omega 3- since they taste as if I had eaten fish) so yeah Idk if I will buy them again
