Used it with a sous video machine for an overnight cook and it worked flawlessly.

Returned it because it came with the wrong plug style from the photo. Would not work in the United States.

Doesn’t work very well with any outlet in my home. My biggest success with it was when I got a conversion from my dryer outlet to a normal three prong multi plug. If you are plugging it up to 240 with a mid sized bitcoin machine, don’t expect it to last long before it trips or breaker or overheats.

To be honest, I didn’t have much hope when I bought this device, because mostly the looks didn’t sell a professional appearance, I wasn’t too sure it would work as intended, but boy I was wrong. This thing is amazing, quiet, doesn’t heat, does nothing but give the right power to my American appliances. I use it on a big microwave (I bought the 3000 model) and it handles it without a single hiss. Totally recommended.

I love this step down. It looks elegant and works as advertised and matches my expensive kitchen appliances. It takes a few seconds before it starts powering up the connected device, but it kicks in and is very quiet. I like the colored digital info on voltage. I'm buying a second one to replace another traditional step down that is huge, ugly and noisy.

Best step down ever. Love the digital displays. Tells you input / output. Has two plugs. Great for a strip you can measure exactly what the put out is for appliances.Better than the step downs provided overseas.
