I bought these because although I have shoulder length hair, it’s quite damaged from dying it so I sometimes put in a hair mask overnight. This stops me having to wear a towel on my head at night, or risk my pillow being covered in conditioner.It’s also good to wear if you have a hairstyle like braids in, or have curly hair and don’t want to wake up with frizz. I like that you can keep it long, or button it up at the side so it doesn’t hang down your back/neck as much.It’s comfortable to wear and I’d definitely recommend buying these!

I thought these would be better quality than the 1 pound one I got from TikTok shop, they aren't but more expensive. I think it looks nicer in the photos. Comes vacuum packed for some reason so it also really creased and scrunched up when you open it

I have waist long hair and these caps cover them nicely. Very happy with this product.
