Damaged inside box
Several of the cards had damage on the back before they even came out of the box. Photo included. Kind of defeats the purpose of a matching game when cards can be recognised for their flaws before being turned.

Good sized chunky pieces
Good sized chunky pieces. My 4 year old loves the Goodnight Construction Site book, and he enjoys the match game. Right now we only lay out a few pairs, but the game will grow with him as he practices remembering where the pieces are and matching them up. An excellent memory, and matching game. Highly recommend it.

Beautiful illustrations, good quality cards, and bonus princesses
I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of this memory card set. To someone not familiar with the book, the cards show generically pretty females, characters, flowers, and scenes (the illustrator even included two black princesses, Princess Marigold and Princess Lily, in addition to the twelve dancing princesses from the book). The game cards are quite thick (approx. 3mm) and are a good size (about 5.7cm on a side). The box the set comes in is of good, thick quality cardboard (mine came a little squished, but it must have taken quite some force), and has a magnetic closure. IMO the best part is that the princesses are labeled by name. The book illustrations are so stylized that it can be hard to differentiate the princesses based on their flower name, and the author does not list them in the order they are shown, and now I don't have to muddle over which princess is which when my daughter demands it.
