Q: Does this have any type of odor fresh out of the package?

When you first open smells like vinyl but it quickly fades away I love my mural it goes up easy and stays where you put it wipes off with ease I would get it again

Q: Can it be cut to size?

Yes you could cut it down before putting it on the wall

Q: Does this work on orange peel textured walls?

I used this on a smooth drywall surface and it came out beautifully. I’m not sure how the decal would adhere to a bumpy surface. It is extremely important to line up each piece so that it looks like one large mural but uneven surfaces may prohibit that.
