Can it be mixed with acrylic paint?

Really handmade watercolor ?Why is it so cheap compared to Etsy

I know the 6 pan pallets are 1/4 pans. So if it was half pan handmade they would be over 24-72.00 per set. That’s more in line with Etsy artist I’m not sure of pan size of the $68 box though
