Good for long hoursI’m a chef and always standing in the kitchen all day. I always feel sore and stiff on my legs. My friend recommend Yogin cream to me. I use it in the morning before I get to work, massage the cream on my knees and calves. it’s gives me soothing cool sensation, which kinda wake me up and make me feel active, and use it again after work and before bed. Surprisingly, it make me fall asleep easier maybe because of its aromatic essence smell. My good friend is a waitress in a fine restaurant, and she damaged her ankle while at work. She is on her feet while working, and the pain was slowing her down. There was some damage to the tenden, or so we believe. I bought her a large jar of the Green Yogin months ago when the damage and pain was much worse, and it helped a great deal. She was very grateful, and I was thrilled to have found something that helped. She no longer needs to wear a compression bandage, but still has to manage pain in her ankle. I just purchased another jar of Green Yogin for her, which I believe makes that the sixth purchase over several months of this product. She has tried everything else, and she has abandoned many others for Yogin Green, and sometimes Yogin Blue. It means a great deal to me to have found something that really helps.

Previously I gave this product a bad review, having mistaken it for another product I received the same day for the same issues. It really seems to be working. I have severe arthritis in feet, ankles, knees, hands. Can honestly feel improved mobility all over. Not cured, but eased. The texture and scent are acceptable, though after drying the texture is not so pleasant. It leaves a film. Will buy again, though.

Recently I purchased this on amazon because I did too much workout and muscle were tense and sore. I got lemongrass one. I tried it on immediately when I got it. The cream is smooth and light. My skin absobbed it really quick. After I put it on several times, I feel my muscle less tense and sore. I will definitely buy it again.

This is absolutely the best pain relief I have ever tried. My husband and I are both 57. He cannot take much medicine because of his heart condition and we both have extreme arthritis.
