I've been watching a lot of food youtube channels, and taco recipes have caught my attention because I make tacos once to twice a week. Ethan Cheblowski recommended making sure your burger is finely chopped up into small chunks as you brown it for a texture that's more like Taco Bell. Then when I was watching Brian Lagerstrom, he recommended this meat chopper for getting those small chunks. So, while I'm not the kind of person who's going to spend hours in the kitchen trying to make food that has lots of developed flavors and things like that, I am willing to buy this a shot to give us that better texture for a food we eat regularly. I should also note that I'm pretty minimalist when it comes to kitchen stuff and I don't typically buy tools that only work for one thing, but again, I thought this just might be worth it for one of our staple meals. Plus, my husband hates that we're (my kids and I both cook) usually denting up pans by trying to chop things up as they're cooking. All that to say, this tool has been a win. I'm really happy with the quality and it work fantastic. It's even helped with my planning ahead because it only really works if your burger is thawed and so I find myself making sure the burger gets in the fridge at the beginning of the week that way I can use this tool and have our taco meat in smaller chunks. It cleans up easily.

A friend had one of these gadgets and I saw a home cook on a few videos using one. Not an expensive purchase so why not! Wow does it work well. I always used a spoon but this breaks up the meat in the pan quickly, evenly and it browns quicker. My husband cooks more than I do and he said it's great. Wish I had this 40 yrs ago. Our older hands/wrists appreciate the help this provides. Bought one for 88 yr old mom, she said it's much easier to use.

I’m nearly 74 and I’ve cooked my share of ground beef. I always seem to leave some chunks bigger than others until I got this. All my ground beef now is uniform in size in less time. Highly recommend this.

I didn't know this product even existed. I've been using a wooden spoon to break up ground meat for 60 years. This makes it so easy. I loved this so much I bought 3 more for my 2 daughters and my granddaughter.

I've always seen videos of people using these and needed to try it out for myself. Works great! Very sturdy and easy to maintain and clean! Great for breaking up ground beef or chicken.

I don’t have good enough control of arm to keep ground hamburger meat from being without lumps using a spatula .. for taco meat, chili or casseroles . This helps me to make it perfectly without effort

It doesn’t damage my T-Fal and it breaks up ground meat very nicely. I’m not a huge fan of single-purpose kitchen utensils, but this thing is great!
