Clear and Focused, Great for Beginners
This book simplifies legal grammar in a way that makes it feel much less intimidating. It’s great for beginners or professionals brushing up on the fundamentals. The sections on punctuation and avoiding ambiguity were especially helpful, and the checklists make for good review material before exams or while drafting legal documents.I was hoping for a bit more explanation around how legal grammar differs in more advanced writing tasks. Some chapters felt a little too surface-level. It would’ve been helpful to see more real-world examples pulled from active legal briefs or contracts. That said, what’s here is presented clearly and with good structure… very user-friendly and not overwhelming. Definitely a smart pick for building confidence in legal writing.

Not much information
The book is only about 80~90 pages with big fonts and wide margins.Contains very little useful information, even for ESLs like me.Not worth the money and not worth the time.Look elsewhere for legal writing advice.

Not what I hoped for but still a good book
I was hoping for a different version of this legalese, double speak, fork-tongue language and I will keep looking or I will write my own book. Soon.

Great Resource for Professional English
I like how this book was written straight-to-the point without any fluff. It really focused on educating the reader. There were a good amount of examples and exercises with clear answers.
